    Let H(x) = x^k + a[1]x^(k-1) + ... + a[k] (a[k] != 0) be a polynomial
    having r as a zero of multiplicity p.  Show that G(x) = (x+k)^p*r^k +
    a[1]*(x+k-1)^p*r^(k-1) + ... + a[k]*x^p is constant and find its value.
