149.0. "The Loch Ness Monster" by HARE::STAN () Mon Sep 17 1984 05:32

A picture of the Loch Ness Monster can be formed by graphing the
first 5000 terms of the sequence

		N
	     ------		    4
	      \       2 pi i (log k)
	L  =   >     e			.
	 N    /
	     ------
	      k = 1

That is, you plot L through L in the complex plane, and then
		   1	      5000

connect together (with straight line segments) successive points.
[I believe natural log is intended, but I am not sure.]
