First, welcome to a way of the future!
2nd, Try VTX TELECOMMUTING for some interesting reading.
And third, like I do, check with the local admin person on where your
boss wants you to get stuff, and how you can be reimbursed for it.
It's working for me.

| We were suppose to have a corporate agreement with Office Depot and
Kinkos, but in spite of several phone calls and mail sent to the area
Telecom support persons, that was never validated.
A while ago I asked the manager at a local Office Depot about a Digital
agreement. They never heard of us. Again, I wrote mail to the Telecom
hierachy, but never got a response. There appears to be an agreement
with Kinkos, but they are expensive anyway. For copies, I use Office Max
at $.04 per page (which is as cheap as copies made in a Digital office,
I'm told).
Otherwise, I just buy what office supplies I need and expense them.
There is no particular savings to Digital, which I do care about
because I'm a stock holder, but I couldn't make people respond to my
mail. For software, use PCcomplete, or is it "Stream"? (VTX
PCSOFTWARE, VTX SSBA - internal). For telephone expenses, there is a
policy in the handbook. For hardware, it's DIAL and whatever your CC
approves, then use VTX IEG. This is what I remember anyway -- could be
wrong by now!
