Weight Watchers at Work will come to SHR3 if we can get 18 people to
join. This is the scoop.
I called the 800# and someone got back to me and sent me some
information. But I called her back to clear up some facts.
"Traditional meetings (outside of work) charge $12. a meeting plus
an $18 registration fee.
WW at work offers Free Registration - 18 member -
10 weeks=$102.00 prepaid = $10.20 per week.
But to get this price we have to
PrePay $102. each in one check = $102 x 18 = $1,836.00.
If we don't prepay and we have 18 people -each with separate checks
of $114.00 == $11.40 per week for 10 weeks
I asked about less people - they will accept 15 people but the price
will be the same as going to a meeting outside of work but with the
convenience of having it at work.
Price is $120. prepaid which = $12.00 a week.
She also told me that we can get the amount of people we need by
having outsiders join (not Decies). Even if they can't come to our
meetings, they could join at our price and go to the traditional meetings.
Also, if we join between March 4 - April 6 we get 1 day of personal
cuisine free, = 1 Breakfast, 1 lunch, and 1 dinner. That alone offsets
some of the price. I believe we get a coupon to go the the personal
cuisine center to pick it up.
They accept master card, Visa and Discover.
If anyone is interested please send me a note and if I get enough
people I will let you know.

Just a quick update.
WW begins at SHR3 on Wednesday, March 6, 1996.
Meetings will be held every Wednesday for 10 weeks.
The Price was $102. no registration fee.
You can still join, - if three or more weeks into program the price
will be pro-rated.
See you (looking fit) in the spring.
