    What's the question?

    Nutritional info is the same as for most pastas, grains and other dry
    forms of carbohydrates...

    So, the rice sticks are the same possibly as Danielles thin pasta. For
    some reason I keep thinking that oriental noodles or foods are leaner
    than most others.... no?

821.3all pasta/noodles are lean (= low fat)GOLLY::CARROLLsomething inside so strongMon Aug 30 1993 19:3314
    Pasta is very low in fat - non-egg pasta of any variety has virtually
    no fat. You can't get any "leaner" than no fat.

    As to whether oriental food is "leaner" in general - depends on how you
    cook it. Stir-fries you make at home *can* be low fat if you use very
    little oil...but then, so can any other food as long as you are
    careful. Most Chinese food in restaraunts is not only high in fat (ie:
    not lean), it's also high in sodium and probably even worse for you
    than standard American food from a restaraunt.

    Much as I love, say, schezuan chicken with cashews, health-wise I'd
    probably be better off with a baked potato and petit filet mignon.
