    Close to nil.

Lots of fat and sugar (and sometimes salt).

Buy fresh fish and bake it yourself. 10 times better for you.

    Bill,

The following is for Mrs Paul's Fishcakes, 2 pieces:

             Calories: 250

             Protein: 11.0 g
             Carbohydrates: 27.0 g
             Fat: 11.0 g
             Cholesterol: mq
             Sodium: 840.0 mg
             Fiber: mq

mq = measureable quantities, from trace to lots, but data
was not available to be included in book

This information is from "The Complete Book of Food Counts"
by Corinne T Netzer (ISBN 0-440-20854-8). It includes fresh foods
as well as pre-packaged, listing the items above. It does not
    cover vitamin/mineral contents.

BTW - Mr's Paul's was the only fishcake listed
