739.0. "Peanutbutter ? on WW program" by MKFSA::GAYLE () Tue May 05 1992 17:58

    	Good morning, Everyone...

I've just started reading this conference and
do to the positive attitudes displayed here and the
encouragement you give each other, I have been
inspired to address my own weight problem, head on.

I'd like to start off first by, saying thank you
to all of you and second, if I may, ask a question.

Would anyone whose familiar with the Weight Watchers
Program, happen to know how to work peanut butter
    	in the daily allowances?

I'm a vegetarian and often eat peanut butter as
a protein, however, I know it is also high in fat
    	( :-( damn!). Soooo..for a tablespoon of pb, I
think it would be 1 unit of protein, but perhaps
2 units of fat, by chance?

Thanks in advance and I look forward to hearing
    	from you...

    	Cheers,
    	Gayle :-)

Peanut butter can be counted 2 was on Weight Watchers. You can count
it as 1 tablespoon equaling 1 Protein and 1 Fat, or as 1 teaspoon
    equaling 1 Fat.
