    I am back at Weight Watchers again.  I joined last night and
    feel good about the plan.  My husband and I climbed Mount 
    Wachusette last weekend and I would like to be able to climb
    Mount Monadnock by the end of the summer.  I think the combination
    of Weight Watchers and our new hobby of hiking will go well
    together.  
    
    I think I will post a note in Progress too.
    
    I did have question; Someone at the meeting mentioned a no-fat 
    mayonaise.  If there is no fat in this at all - does anyone know 
    what it is made of?
