    CAN SOMEONE WRITE IN SOMETHING ABOUT THE NEW WEIGHT WATCHERS DIET?

    The new weight watchers diet program is more flexible than it ever has
    been in the past.  It combines all the foods in each group and makes
    them available in the first week.  You then choose how fast or slow you
    want to loose weight in any particular week by taking a quiz located at
    the beginning of the program basics booklet.  It really works and the 
    choice is yours.  You no longer have to wait till week 5 to get into real 
    food.  Everything is available to you in the beginning. This is the
    ultimate in food control.  It's worth a trip to the nearest Weight

    I have been attending WW for the past several months (since July) and
    am 4 pounds away from my 40 pound star.  I love the program and the
    support from my fellow Weight Watchers.

    I am a lifetime member of WW and I recently regained 15 of my
    38lb loss (I had maintained my goal weight for 2 years before
    this setback!).  So I've started going back to the meetings
    EVERY week again.  And I have to say that the new program is the
    best so far.  Because you choose the level you want to work at
    according to what your week is going to be like and what you
    want to accomplish that week, it's easier to stay on program. 
    Also, the book is smaller and plastic coated so you can carry it
    with you much more easily and I find I refer to it often during
    the day rather than guess about lunch then have to play makeup
    at dinner!

    But the main beauty of Weight Watchers is still there, it ALWAYS
    works!  As long as you follow the program and are honest with
    yourself it will work for you (No, Virginia, you don't count ice
    cream as 1 milk, 1 fat and a couple of breads!).  Before I
    swallowed my pride (along with everything else I swallowed) and
    headed back to the meetings I tried doing it on my own for while,
    sort of following the program but cutting a lot out of it.  I cut
    all the exchanges in half.  All I did was deprive myself and slow
    down my metabolism.  The first week back on the REAL program I ate
    more than I had in months and I lost 3 lbs!!  I'm back and feeling
    great about it!
