    In 1990, I resolve to begin eating like a thin person.  Too often
    in the past, I have dieted, lost weight, only to put the weight
    back on at the end of the diet.  This year, I propose not to diet,
    but to instead make food choices the way a thin person would.  My
    theory is that if you eat like a thin person, you will become a
    thin person.
    
    There are two pictures of me on my refrigerator.  One of me today,
    and one of me 50 pounds ago.  Inscribed above these pictures is
    the phrase "Which one of these will you allow to make your food
    choices today?".

    I am new to this topic, but re:0
    
    I have stuck to this type of diet for a long time, and all I can
    say is   IT WORKS,  I still have a few more pounds to go, just off
    the hips.
    
    I found that you didn't have to worry to much about what you ate,
    just when.  Eat when hungary, and not inbetween.  this way you stay
    happy, and slim,  and after a while you find you just don't want
    that biscuit or chocolate bar that you would of done before.
    
    Remember the rule:  EAT WHEN HUNGARY AND NOT INBETWEEN.

    ...i am with you....and i think this is the only way you can do
    it. I am trying the Weigth Watchers diet and looking on the receipts
    the only way they do is to change your habit of eating.
