Does anyone know the calorie count of a package of crackers with
peanut butter that you can get out of the snack machine..Toms, Lays,
etc. Also, what about jelly beans?

    Thanks

sorry I didn't even notice the jelly beans.

    1oz jelly beans

                104 calories
                  o gms of protein
                  o gms of fat
                 26 gms of carbo's
                  3 milligms of sodium

these aren't as nice as they look all the carbo's come from the

Bill, that looks like the count for Ritz crackers.

Premium saltines are 13-15 calories each.

I just happen to have my trusty "The Brand-Name Calorie Counter"
    book with me:

    	Frito Lay - Peanut Butter Toast - 1 1/2 oz. pkg. = 220 cals.

    	Frito Lay - Cheese filled - 1 1/2 oz. pkg. = 200 cals.

Frito Lay - Cheese sandwich, peanut butter filled - 1 1/2 oz.
    			  		- 1 1/2 oz. pkg. = 210 cals.

Kraft, Handi-Snacks, Cheese sandwich, peanut butter filled -
    					- 1 pkg. = 190 cals.

Thanks!!! We've had people running around here saying those packages
of crackers have 100 calories in them and I knew that couldn't be
correct. I thought I had heard at one time that they had about
180 calories in them. Thanks so much!!!
