I've been hearing a lot about the WW quick start program, and heard
it works really well.
Could anyone tell me if there is a WW group around the Leominster
area (preferabley in Leominster) I would appreciate it.

There are lots of meetings in Leominster - I think 2 on Tuesday
night and 2 on Thursday night. It's at the Elk's club on route 12.
There's an 800 number somewhere, but they'll just tell you to call
some number in Worcester. I've been going to the Saturday morning
meeting in Fitchburg -- the instructor there is terrific.

Hi Liz, you might not remember me but I used to work on the other
side of the floor from you in the DECtalk group. I've also been
going to the Saturday morning class in Fitchburg just like Sue Lewis,
although I haven't run into her there. I think I'd recognize her
because I think I worked with her about 6 years ago in ASD in the
Mill. (Am I right Sue? You'd remember me as Susan Jones, the tag
who worked with Mary Knight.)
Anyway, I've been at a stand still since early summer in terms of
weightloss. Not because of the program, but because of me. But
I've continued to go to the meetings. I've been thinking of changing
the meeting time to one of the evening classes at the Elks. They
do have an early evening class at 5 or 5:30 and another class at
7 or 7:30 on both Tuesday and Thursdays. You could call 1-800-333-3000
to get exact info. The lecturer at the evening classes is sometimes
the same one as in Fitchburg on Saturday mornings. Her name is
Andrea and she is terrific! Peggy used to do the evening classes
but only works part time now. She was terrific too.
Well, maybe I'll see you there some night.
