    Has anyone ever heard of the NU-DAY diet?  I saw it on a health
    station on cable.  It sounds really good but wanted to know if anyone
    had any good experiences with this.
    As I remember it's a protein type drink, but also comes with bulk
    suppliments which it sopposed to be good for you and also keep you
    feeling full.
    
    I hope there is someone out there whos tried it!!!
