I too am joining the new session starting at the Mill today...this
will be my 3rd set of sessions....been going since June 2nd.
It has worked for me so far....as of last week I was down 21
lbs. I had tried a million other things before and never got anywhere.
I guess the support of the group and KNOWING you have to weigh in
in front of the instructor has done it for me. The main thing learned
is just how to EAT RIGHT!!!
I think the diet is structured very well, with alot of choices,
not as limited as I thought it would be. The first couple of weeks
are tough, but it gets better as it goes along. I lost 12 the first
8 weeks, then 9 in the last session...(I could of been a little
better if I had tried harder)....now still going for more...but
not giving up!!!
I NEVER thought I could do it!!! But am so thrilled I have. And
will NEVER let myself go back up there again!!!! The feeling of
losing weight and how you feel about yourself "thinner" is worth
it all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
