Hi everyone,
We just received a flyer here at work (TWO) and I was wondering
if anyone has done this and if so, has it worked.
WEIGHT LOSS AND CONTROL

A 90 minute clinic for weight loss and control
The use of hypnosis and deep relaxation techniques
. provides the emotional strength and growth necessary to loss
weight and achieve weight control
. treats the feeling level of your mind to change the thought
processes about food and eating

etc. etc. etc.
The cost is $75.00 for two sessions.
Has anyone tried this with any success?

LKG brought this in because they had great success with Beder and
Assoc. for smoking cessation. However, not many of the people who
did the weight control program found success with it. In fact,
most of us have joined WW. The problem I found was listening to
a tape twice a day and sticking with it. The association came back
for a "recharge" and gave out new tapes, however, for me this just
increased my desire to snack. I joined WW 6 weeks ago and have
lost 7.5 lbs. Whereas, with the hypnosis and tapes I maintained
my weight without gaining but still ate wrong. I hope this helps.
