Over the last few years I have developed a humungus beergut.
Recently I and a number of my colleages have reached the stage where
an irradication program has to be initiated.
To date over the last 3 weeks we have bombarded our bodies with
rigourous exercise and diet in the form of
Running,weights,dieting and very little drinking.
Overall result to date is a reduction in 12lbs.But things seem to
be all of a sudden slowing down.
Has any one else encounterd any thing of this nature.
