| My FAT MAGNET must be in my gut. If I only 16 pounds to goal, 20
of it is there.
I guess theat I am a skeptic; but the very name seems more like
an example of advertising hype rather that something new.

| Just read some info about this in a local paper......
This is just a break down of what it said......
Beverly Hills CA (where else!)
A revolutionay new weight loss pill (aren't they all), invented
by two prominent cardio-vascular doctors, has just been perfected
and approved be the U.S. government for a patent that quarantees
"there has never been anything like it before."
Continue to "Eat Normally". It's an effortless "lazy way" to lose
weight. You don't even have to exercise. ( I know not good....we
need to change)
Flushes Fat Out of Body. The "fat magnet" breaks into thousands
of particles, each acting like a magnet, "attracting" and trapping
mant times its size in undigested fat and calories from the food
you eat. Then all is flushed out of you system, because it can
not be absorbed. It says that "Within 2 days you should notice
a change in the color of your stool." ( that sounds interesting)
The doctors names are Dr. William Shell, heart specialist and associate
professor of medicine at UCLA medical school. (sorry only one listed)
He says and I quote "It's the lazy way to loss weight, because thae
pills automatically redoce calories be eliminating dietary fat.
It's is 100% safe and not a drug."
The artical also list where you can get this "Fat Magnet". If you
want the info just let me know and I'll send it out to you.
It sounds to good to be good for you, but the U.S. Government seems
to think so.

I've read about similar things before. There's just one thing -
if this substance or whatever keeps you from absorbing calories,
does it also keep you from absorbing all the nutrients in what you
eat? And where do you get any energy if you're not absorbing calories?

| good question....they don't give you any kind of information other
than the good things that it will do for you.(thats their opinion
not mine).
I quess we should ask if anyone has ever order them and what info
they might have gotten.

Please, consult with your doctor, or a nutritionist, or write
the manufacturer for a list of side effects before you take pills
that interfere with the absorption of food.
This reminds me too much of the carbohydrate blocker pills that
were available about 6 years ago. You can still find them under
various names in 'health food' stores, even though the FDA has banned
them and can legally seize them off the shelves.

| They are being used for fraud. The post office is intercepting
