Somebody in the Progress Note mentioned the "F-Diet". It sounded
very interesting. Does anybody have more details about this diet
(I think "F" stands for Fiber). There seems to be a book, at least
in German, but that's no great help to me. In English or French
would be nice, so any references are welcome!

I bought the book in a regular bookstore here in Acton, MA.
There is also a newer one out, too. I'm pretty sure it's
available in hard and soft cover, and they are both in
English. They basically tell you the importance of fiber
in one's diet, and give some pretty good recipes.
It's worth checking out, I think.

THE NAME OF THE DIET IS THE "F-PLAN". I HAVE SEEN IT IN MANY
BOOKSTORES. IT COMES ONLY IN PAPERBACK. MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE
BEEN ON THIS DIET FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. WE HAVE FOUND IT TO BE A
VERY SATISFYING DIET.
