Did anyone watch the 2 part 'The Heart Surgeon' on BBC1 Sun/Mon?

If so what happenned right at the end when Nigel drove to the farm?

My video cut off as he was stood there looking at the girlie!

After a minute she looked up to see what the farmhand was looking at, but by this time the surgeon had disappeared. Cut to surgeon driving home on motorway and final credits. nick
