    Status	:	E12 Down for uniformity and throttle valve control.
    
    Work Done	:	Checked the E12 undopped prep and precoat with the 
    			same one in E11.  The prep was 30 sec on E12 and 
    			240 sec on E11.  Changed E12 to match E11.
    
    			While trying to run the retest on E12 for
    			uniformity problems, the presure would not contol.
    			Hooked up the mks cart.  All presure checks
    			between the screen and the mks matched (passed).
    			the problem is when you request 3 torr the 
    			throttle valve only gives you 2.5 torr.  I was
    			able to manually control the throttle valve and 
    			get the proper presure.
    
    Issues	:	Find out if E12 should be at a 240 sec pre and 
    			figure out the presure control problem.  Retest for
    			uniformity.

    I have this one figured out.  In the fabs, they have terminals sitting
    around.  They obviously are using DEC Notes for collecting bug/status
    reports.  Someone started reading the flight Notesfile, and walked
    away, and someone else entered a report, without realizing that its
    possible to connect to a different Notesfile.
    
    Actually, I really like that first note.  It definitely sounds like a
    something Scotty would put in his log while servicing the engines on
    the Enterprise.
