Can someone point/help me with my printing problem?
I have a NEC Versa 3000 running Windows 3.11 for workgroups.
I have a Canon BJ 210 color printer.
I have successfully installed and operated the printer and driver
on my Compudyne desktop.
When I follow the same steps and identically install the printer and
driver on my NEC Versa laptop, the printer throws pages at line breaks.
That is, it prints perhaps 1/2 page and then reads a <FF> and
ejects the page before finishing.
The same printing problem occurs when I run Windows 95 on my laptop.
My problem must be a common one, although the service persons at Canon
have not succeeded in advising a fix.
Can someone out there point me to the solution or walk me through it?
On both Windows 3.x and Windows 95. I say "walk me," because I am
a tech writer rather than a technical person.
