| Right off the bat, I would call or go for a ride to the local district
or what ever court and ask them how to fill out, if they have such, a
fill in the blank form of a motion. File it based upon your change of
employment status. And don't be suprised if you can not only get your
child support reduced, but ask her for support.:)

First off, if you have kept the papers filed by the lawyer in a
previous Change Request, you can use those as a template to fill
out the papers you need to file this time.
Go to the local public library or university library to the reference
section. They should have a set of state law books. Ask the
librarian for help in looking up the sections on child support.
Most states now use some formula to determine the amount of support.
The formula should be listed in the law books. Use that formula to
determine what to base your request on.
Get the papers filed as soon as possible. Make a request that the
reduction be made retroactive to time of filing since it can take
several months to get into court, and THE METER KEEPS RUNNING UNTIL
THE COURT ORDERS OTHERWISE--no matter what else happens.
