    Does anyone know about the child support laws in the state of Florida? 
    My husband has a two year old daughter.  She is with us 3 days a week
    and every other weekend.  We cover all medical and daycare expenses. 
    He is being sued for child support and we would like to know how much
    she can get out of us.
    
    Also, we received a copy of the notorized documents that she filled out
    for this suit.  She indicated that she was single and living at her
    previous address.  She also indicated other incorrect information. 
    Because she works for the Sheriff's office my husband, a Deputy,
    reported it to internal affairs and there is currently an investigation
    under way, wherein she will probably lose he job.  It is a fealony to
    falsify notorized documents.
    
    So, how much money can we be looking at here?

    
    I'd get a copy of the Internal Affairs report to take to court.
    Other than that I'd don't know much about Florida.
