Where does one go in Boston to find the laws regarding
    child support and custody?

    Any help will be appreciated!

Any public library has volumes of Massachusetts General Laws.
After firing my attorney, I spent a number of days perusing the laws
on the books, as well as some case histories, and making photocopies,
etc. It's definitely a worthwhile endeavour, if you can understand
    the legal jargon.

These books are available in any library - and are entitled
"Massachusetts Annotated Laws". They cover everything.

    Good Luck.

37.3Anybody heard this?DPDMAI::MCQUEENEYIt's only traffic if it moves!Tue Apr 23 1991 16:0915

Now that I live in Texas, I have a real hard time getting info
regarding any modifications in Mass. laws. I did receive a phone call
a couple of weeks ago from a friend of mine who said that as of this
year, I may not have to pay for medical insurance for my ex-wife
anymore. This makes a lot of sense to me, but my friend couldn't give
me a reference for the new/changed law. She said it was "heard on TV".
Does anyone out there know anything about this? I may be in Mass. in a
while, and I'd like to pursue this in Court if there truly has been a
    change.

    	Thanks for any info,
