  It has been suggested that a poll be conducted of NCP's who are required
  to pay for medical insurance for their children, when the children reside
  in another state, making it impossible for the NCP to join a local HMO
  group, thus being forced to stay on DMP II (John Hancock)

  This information will only be used to indicate how many employees will
  be impacted by the new rate increase. Please do not debate the issue
  in this note. Feel free to debate in note 180, "Discriminatory Health Care"
  which is in the NON_CUSTODIAL_PARENTS notes conference located on
  QUOKKA::NON_CUSTODIAL_PARENTS

  If you do not wish to make your situation public, then feel free to send
  me mail and I will tally your information into the poll anonmynously.

  Also, if you know of individuals who do not read this conference but are
  in this situation then feel free to have them send me mail.

  Thanks,

  Kenn
