Please unlock your shift key. Many people find notes in all capital letters
to be annoying.

Yes, many Digital sites offer courses and seminars related to cultural
diversity. Check with your local site's Human Resources department for
contacts. Some of them also get announced in note 5 of this conference.

Of course, those many people could use that as an opportunity to
investigate what it is about them, that lets "annoyance" come up when
they see all Caps. Or, they could use that as an opportunity to
investigate what annoyance is like, it's texture, the body patterns
of tension associated with it, etc. Or, they could use that as an
opportunity to practice letting annoyance float in just their awareness
of it in themselves; the realization that "i'm annoyed" - without
having to *do* anything with it, or anything besides that, necessarily.

Seriously though, Caps are most useful when you want to express
intensity in your words - you lose the availability of that dynamic or
"contrast" when you type out your entire entry in Caps.

Personally, I get annoyed seeing small "i"s, like in "i'm annoyed"

Re: -2 and -1:

All caps is _much_ harder to read. Which suggests you want to intrude on
people's awareness and don't care whether they understand what you're saying.

Humbly suggest the flame warning in such cases.
