RECOGNIZING AND UNDERSTANDING DEPRESSION
In almost all major studies of depression in adults, depression is estimated
to be twice as common in females as in males.
Paula Kelleher and Ken Hammond of the Employee Assistance Program will
present an informative talk on understanding and recognizing depression.

Monica Kent, LICSW will present a program on women, body image and self
esteem. Monica is a clinician, as well as a leader of women's support
groups.

it?
- How important is body image, and what are the cultural and social
messages that women receive about their bodies?
