     Hi,
    
     We are planning to upgrade our Customer machine, from Vax 7610 to 
     Vax 7810. Is it possible if they don't want to upgrade their VMS ??
     Now the operating system is VMS V5.5-2.

    Make sure you are running the latest firmware and set COMPAT_MODE to
