That's news. I have been running NTS 4.0 SP2 on several systems
without any problems. I did have some problems with an earlier
version of ServerWorks not working correctly with SNMP, but that
was corrected by copying some files.
The best thing to do is to get V2.2 of ServerWorks and ManageWorks.
Again, I have installed both of these on NTS 4.0 SP2 systems with
no problems. You don't want to work with the older versions of
the xxxxWorks products when the new ones are available.

| Hi,
Thanks for the reply.
I have NTS4.0+SP2+Cluster1.1Beta setup and after the installation, I
realized that I forgot to install SNMP. I then tried to install the
Sworks agent. Of course, it prompt me for not having the SNMP service.
Then, I quit Sworks and go install SNMP service to NTS 4.0, and after
reboot, NT reports with an error ......
Finally, I have to re-apply the SP2 again, then the Sworks agent, and
re-install Cluster 1.1beta. Now things work pretty good.
I think the trick is, if you install any TCP, IIS services AFTER you
applied the Service Pack, you have to re-apply the SP AGAIN!
What a procedure!
Now everything works ok! Thanks.

Hi Monty,
I believe if you add _any_ components that are normally part of the
base O.S., you have to reapply the service packs. I think the service
pack instructions are pretty clear on that point.
Cheers,
