Welcome to the official Arnold ("Arnie") Schwarzenagger topic.
I'll be moving some of the generic Arnie notes from the Eraser
	topic.

Shawn, you might as well also post Arnie's bio from the Internet
	database ....

	I'll be back

Well, even though you might think "True Lies" was awful it was a hit!!
I wouldn't say he has a lot riding on this movie.....and as far a T2
goes, I think it would of been better if he was still the bad guy. To
me he sold out by being the good guy and of course they had to put a
kid in the movie to get the attention of the younger viewers. T2 was
nothing compared to the first Terminator movie.

True Lies and T2 are totally different genres of film.

I think they were both Excellent!

    > Arnold hasn't had a good movie since T2.

Well this Arnold fan though T2 was horrible. I'll take "Arny tries to
be 007" over "The Kinder Gentler Terminator" movie anyday. T2 was
destined to stink the day Arnold demanded his role be turned into a
    good guy.

On the contrary, I thought he pulled of the Terminator re-programmed
to be nice(er) quite well. Loved when he shoots the guard in the leg

He was pretty good in The Warriors too. I remember when that movie
came out, and I wanted to see it, but couldn't because it was banned
for a while right after it came out.

Saw it several years later on TV...

T2 was the best of both..

With the special effects and a terrific leading lady (Vanessa),
Eraser should show Ahhnold in top form.... I wonder if they put
just a little romance in this?....well it couldn't hUrt!

Seen Eraser and thought it was okay. Some of Arnolds dialogue was hard
to understand. Director didn't do to well with that area. Now True Lies
was no problem, then again it was James Cameron. Anythoughts?

Sorry, should have put a disclaimer in for our colonial cousins...:^)

George Formy was one og the UK's great tradition of "quirky"
entertainers that your grandma used to like. He played the banjo and
was responsible for such twee little tunes as "when I'm cleaning
windows". He appeared in films and he had a catchphrase that he used
all the time, which was "can you 'ear me mother?" in a high-pitched
yorkshire accent (if you foreigners have ever heard one).
