Good news today! Looked up the Boston WORT Processors
home page (www.wort.org) to see how the 1997 Boston Homebrew
competition went. This was my first ever entry into a competition.
I thought I might find out what kind of score I got.
Low and behold, I took 3rd place in the "Other Belgian Ales"
Category. I submitted my favorite ale "Grand Cru" It's a real
refreshing drink that just makes you want to have another.
Ingrediants include Coriander seed orange peel and Honey along with
standard malt and hops. I'll bring in the recipe tomorrow and enter it
if anyone wants to try it.
