| SQL$INT is a regular RDB image and not specificly related to SQLServices.
You may want to ask your question in the Rdb or SQL notes conferences.

2194.3 | Why do they want to do this? | HOTRDB::PMEAD | Paul, pmead@us.oracle.com, 719-577-8032 | Mon Apr 21 1997 23:02 | 11 |
| If they want to install images /PRIV then it sounds like they want to
create security holes...
Take a look at SYS$STARTUP:SQL$STARTUP.COM. It is called by
SYS$STARTUP:RMONSTARTnn.COM. The image should already be installed.
What does it do? None of their business! :-) Actually, it doesn't do
much. Mostly it just transfers control to whatever SQL$SHARE image is
appropriate for the version of SQL they are using. What does SQL$SHARE
do? Well, SQL stuff that we don't much feel like explaining to
anyone...
