    	Hi,
    
    
    
    	We have a customer running CDD 5.3, Rdb 6.0-15 and VMS 6.2
    	(I know CDD is old, but...).
    
    
    	When trying to create a dictionary in a directory that did hold
    	a dictionary once before, we get an error.  Deleting and 
    	recreating the directory make things work fine...
    
    	Why does it happen?? Is that suppose to be that way??
