583.0. "Latest Bird Talk" by DECLIB::KIRSCHBAUM (Have You Hugged a Parrot Today) Wed Jul 31 1991 16:14

There are two excellent articles in the latest
	Bird talk..

Usually a BT article consists of 30 people telling
wonderful stories about their own personal pets,
nothing whatsoever to do with anything documentable.

To my surprise and joy, BT had two articles that
actually dealt with facts, information from people
who knew what they were talking about...

The two articles were by Al Decoteau and Pat
	Walz...

Maybe I'm prejudiced because Pat's article is
about Macaws....nah...it's just a good article!

583.1GREAT ARTICLES...But what a Centerfold!ABACUS::BOURGAULTMon Aug 05 1991 19:4310
    I especially liked Al Decoteau's article. Since I own a cockatoo I
found it very informative....plus I know Al...now maybe I could be
a bit biased?? Both were very good articles.

Also, Birds OF A Feather Avicultural Society (BOAF) Show listing was
finally printed under show notes (Sept. 21st). Hope everyone can make
    it.

    Regards,
    Denise

Ahem.... The author of the macaw article was Patricia Walsh, not
    me, Patricia Walz.....

Can't take credit unless its due, so you can all be as biased as you
    like.
