To get the BOAF Auction from Worcester, take I-290 East (North?) to
I-495 North to I-293 North to Exit 6 - Amoskeag Bridge Exit. It
probably will take about 1 1/2 hours, depending on where in Worcester
    you pick-up I-293.
506.3DIRECTIONS TO AUCTIONABACUS::BOURGAULTMon Mar 11 1991 17:1122
    I believe that you mean I93 (I93 connects onto I293). I don't know
which way would be best or fastest. You could take Route 3 off
495 (in Chelmsford area) - this is a toll road (Everett Turnpike)
    and would take you
about 40 minutes from 495. Just follow Route 3 North until you
see the I293 North exit (I believe it says Concord/Manchester?)
Regardless, take that exit and then take the Amoskeag bridge exit
which is Exit #6. As you get off the ramp, the Holiday Inn -West
is right there on your right. Can't miss it.

You can also head North on 495 past route 3 (about 7 miles) and take
I93 north. Follow I93 over NH line and continue and take first
left after exit #5 (Road splits into sort of a fork, left is I293).
Follow I293, and watch for sign for I293 North, I believe it says
Concord NH. Regardless, take I293 North. (IT is sort of a loop
that bypasses the city.) This will take you about 35 Minutes
from 495. About the same timeframe as if you take Route 3, however
I93 is not a toll road (Saves you $.75 each way).

    Hope this helps.

I forgot to mention that Route 3 north is a toll road after the NH
boarder, so you drive some distance before you approach the toll
booths. (It is about 10 miles or so over the boarder.)

    HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!

    Hi Lisa,

Since you'll be in Westford at that time, probably best to meet there?
I could take one person from the Merrimack area, if they are willing
to stick it out to the bitter end of the auction and plan on sharing
space with whatever treasures are found there!! ;')

Call me on 603/595-9429 if interested.

506.9CASH ONLY FOR AUCTIONBRAT::BOURGAULTMon Mar 25 1991 13:0811
Just to let you know, If you are planning on attending the auction,
BOAF will not accept personal checks from non members, due to obvious
risks. Bank Checks, Cashiers Checks or Money orders will be accepted,
along with Cash. Please come prepared. This is an inconvenience, but
other clubs have had difficulty in the past, and have taken substantial
    losses.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    Regards,
    Denise B.
