I situations like this it is better to visit and arrive at your
own conclusions. People can have a bad experience with someone
once but that may not be the norm for this person. I think I
know where you got the negative feedback about Sylvia but I would
really suggest that you contact her directly and set up some time
to meet her and see what she has. Her number is all over this notes
file, If you need the number just let us know.

| Hi! I know of Sylvia!
Sylvia and Al Decoteau go back a ways! She would hand feed babies
for Al. She is also very friendly with Charla Kroll - Charla is
in this notes conference!
However, I have to say... the advise in .1 is good advise! If she
does not let you see the aviary...well, she could be breeding birds.
If that's the case, most breeders will not let you in the aviary.
Birds on nests do funny things when strangers come to call!
So, call her, go see if you can visit *her*! Talk a lot. Maybe
you have alread...
