    While testing features of MSIE ver. 3.02 I started the Content Advisor. 
    After seeing what it did I tried to change the settings but MSIE
    wouln't accept my password.  I looked all over the registry for a place
    where they might have hidden the info but can't find it anywhere. 
    Several times I have uninstalled and reinstalled with reboots in the
    middle to no avail.  I send Microsoft an Email requesting assistance
    but that has been fruitless also.  Can anyone help or have any ideas
    how to remove the content advisor.  BTW this in running on NT4.0 SP3.
