3207.0. "KI: Kernel Fixup: Pid=..., PC=..., Address=...E Total=" by tunsrv2-tunnel.imc.das.dec.com::gustin (ralph) Thu Mar 13 1997 15:09
I have this NDIS driver that accesses data in packets.
I am running the kernel debugger with the checked build
on an Alpha running NT V4.0.
I am seeing the following message many times:
KI: Kernel Fixup: Pid=..., PC=..., Address=...E Total=
My suspicion is that this is a performance drag. Since
this happens on every packet NDIS sees multiple times,
this is not good.
How do I get rid of the message? Do I have to copy
the packet into an aligned location before I access
bytes and DWORDs within it.
