692.0. "boys name for Kendall" by OTOA01::KENDALL () Thu May 30 1991 13:55

I am having my first baby the end of August. We have a girls name
picked out (Zoe), but we can't think of a boys name. Our last name is
Kendall, my maiden name is Hagan. If it is a boy, the middle names will
be Donald William Hagan (after our fathers and my maiden name). We'd
like something different, but not bizarre.

    Thanks for your help,

    Brenda and Lindsay

Let's see, "different, but not bizarre", how about?:

    Seth Kendall
    Luke Kendall
    Eli Kendall
    Chad Kendall
    Reese Kendall
    Cody Kendall
    Max Kendall

Personally, I think three middle names has already crossed the
"different" line into the "bizzare" region :^). Any chance of using
one of those names for the first name? Just "Will", for example,
would make a great first name. Hagan also has possibilities, in
    my opinion.

Good luck finding a name. What would Zoe's middle name(s) be?

692.3Zoe's middle nameOTOA01::KENDALLMon Jun 10 1991 14:1614
We haven't decided on a middle name for Zoe, but I think Olivia might
be nice. Suggestions would be appreciated. My middle name, as well as
my mothers is Ruth, but it is not one of my favourite names. Laura
might be another choice, as it was my grandmother's, but I don't think
    it sounds right with Zoe.

Seath is my husband's middle name, so I was surprised when one of your
choices was Seth. Unfortunately neither he or I like it. Chad is a
possibility, so is Will - it sounds nicer than Bill or Billy.

    Thanks for your suggestions.

How about Zoe Alexandra Kendall? I think it sounds pretty good
and isn't quite so o-ey :-) as Zoe Olivia.

I agree with you on Will; good for a young boy or an adult man!

I also like Will for a nickname.

If you like Laura but don't think it sounds good with Zoe, what
about changing it a little to Larissa...Zoe Larissa!

Another alternative/sound alike...Zoe Loretta. (Loretta Young is
one of my all time favorite actresses- always feminine, warm, caring
    and beautiful).

I noticed time is running so I thought I'd throw my 2 cents in real
    quick like. How about:

    Zometa Katherine (Zoe)

Zometa was my grandmothers name and Katherine was my husbands
grandmother. I always said if I had another girl thats what her name
    would be.

    God bless,
    Trudy
