My little girl's name is Audrey. She has a strong temper ....Not very 
restful for us, her parents ! 

What does it name inspire to you ? I would be happy to know it.

	The name Audrey always makes me think of Audrey Hepburn. She strikes me as a very courageous, regal and wellbred personality. Not to mention one of the most beautiful women in the world. It also makes me think of auburn, does your daughter by any chance have red hair? By the way, how do you pronounce your name? Cindy West Virginia

	Hi Ghislaine, I LOVE your name - I have a cousin named Ghislaine also. I also like Audrey and I agree with Cindy - it makes me think of Audrey Hepburn. Maybe your daughter has grown into her name. Do you believe that's possible? That if you give a child a name that evokes certain feelings, the child will become that name? I feel it's true. The name Audrey, to me anyway, seems strong and independent - a bit feisty maybe. It also sounds like the way you describe your daughter. By the way, welcome to the conference. - Kathryn

	Hi, My wife had a friend named Audrey. She took care of Audrey, who eventually died of causes related to MS. In spite of her MS, Audrey had a full life and had a vibrant personality. She read, travelled, had raised a family, enjoyed grandchildren, etc. Audrey was strong-willed and did not withdraw from life's activities because of her illness. I believe Audrey is related to the French name "Aubrey," which means "red-haired"? To me, Audrey conveys strength yet is feminine. It has character, sounds pleasing. We may use it if we have a girl.
