| Mike,
Want some diversification? Look into one of the silver mutual funds.
This week's Barron's has a short article (Page MW13) about silver, and
mentions Lexington Silver (assets $44 million, manager Bob Radsch).
There are very few pure silver stocks, and most of them are just gambles on
moose pasture or worse. Coeur d'Alene Mines and Hecla Mining are worth a look,
though they're more weighted toward gold.
Check out Doug Casey's newsletter, Crisis Investing. He's fond of silver now.

| Sunshine Mining (NYSE:SSC) is a pure silver play. Their stock has been
depressed for some time, excepting a recent surge/retreat. James Dines
refers to this stock as "a permanent call option".
They have a labor agreement whereby the workers pay is partially based
on the price of silver, so their cost of production is fairly low.
Currently trading 1 3/4 by 1 7/8.
