| I follow this stock and some of it's products. I think the world is
not really ready for ATM in the way that NNCXF is building it's market
- thru' the Bell companies that are standardizzing on their products.
There is not std that is popular but NNCXF may be able to influence
that call if they build enough of a market share.
Sprint also has partnered with them to use their equipment. One of my
peers have sold their product to one of our customers here and we will
be finding out how they work very shortly.
Technically, the stock has been very very weak for a long time - If I
were the type of person that shorted stocks, I would have done it three
times to NNCXF all the way from 60 to the current $29. By the way the
charts show that the short positions should be covered at this time.
So it is a Short Term BUY signal on NNCXF. Don't ask WHY !!!!!.
So, BOTTOM LINE - Do I like NNCXF? - YES YES. BUT would I jump in now
- NO NO. Just Follow It and See what HAPPENS.

| The stock info provided in an earlier note looked like the output of
the AAII Stock Investor software. It costs around $99 per year and
includes 4 quarterly updates. It is very good at doing screens and
comparisons. It is not an on line up to the minute monitor.

| Sorry about the aborted reply; trying this the first time on my
lap top.
I went to my first AAII seminar on Saturday and ending up talking
to a woman who has been in in investment club for about six years.
She said they've been averaging a 28% return and she told me about
all the through research and analysis they do before making a
presentation (they follow the NAIC format).
I then asked her what the club likes now and is buying. She
immediately said "Newbridge Networks." I haven't had time to do
any research myself - are there any current opinions? Any new
info?
