1103.0. "The Final Send Off" by RUBY::BOYAJIAN (Two days and a wake up...) Tue Sep 01 1992 18:03

I don't recall there being an "outro" topic here, so...

I had my TFSO meeting this morning (logical Monday). I still have
my personal account until 5:00 pm Friday, so I'll be in a couple
of more times this week to read mail and notes.

In a way, I feel like I did when I finally moved out of my parents'
house many years ago. DEC has been like a family to me for the past
16 years, my bosses being my parents, and my fellow workers and
noters being my sisters and brothers. And like leaving one's family,
it's scary and thrilling at the same time.

I'm going to miss you all.

My address/phone is: 134 Spectacle Pond Rd., Littleton, MA, 01460
                         508-486-3595

Feel free to use it (or not; there's no obligation).

    	Jerry,

This notesfile won't be the same without you; I wish I was back east,
I'd buy you a beer. Or a Perrier, or something.

I propose that henceforth, whenever someone's question regarding
some obscure facet of a little-known Science Fiction story is well and
completely answered, that the responder be awarded a "Boyajian".

Seriously, the best of luck in whatever new adventure you
undertake. You will be greatly missed. Take care.

questions now? Best of luck in new pursuits, /jlr

Part of me is saying "Impossible! the man is an *establishment*
ferchrissakes!" Another part of me is plain damn tired of losing
    netfriends.

Jerry, it has been a genuine pleasure, through notes and during
    our all-too-brief meetings.

There aint no justice. Another fellow noter lost.

Through my various stints at Digital, I have always enjoyed noting with
    you.

All the best, good luck and take care

Good luck, Jerry. Your knowledge has been invaluable and your
opinions have been enjoyable, even when I did not agree with them.

First Steve and now you. Sigh...

Well, I was only back for a short while, but as I ever I sure enjoyed
    my stay.

As with "real" DECcies, we temps are being eliminated by the handfuls.
    Today is my last day...

To those who remain, Good Luck, Good Health and may your job last!
