100.1Corruption correctedNAC::CANTORDave C.Fri Jun 17 1988 17:5711
      There was some corruption to this file, but it has now been
      repaired. However, there is a remnant of the corruption:
      Note 635 was written chronologically before notes 633 and 634.
      I.e., looking at topic notes only, the chronological order
      of notes 632 through 636 will appear to be

           632.0, 635.0, 633.0, 634.0, 636.0

      Note 636 has not yet been written.

100.2Bit RotUPSAR::SYSTEMMon Oct 01 1990 23:5714
    UPSAR suffered a rash of forced errors today and the system disk has
    been backuped to a new disk with a new HDA (which FS claims is good).

    Unfortunately the SF conference was hit with bad block (at VBN 1501).
    Tomorrow I will try to zap that block with one taken from SF's last
    backup. If I'm lucky, that should fix the conference. If not, be
    warned that any note you wrote after Sep 28th 8:45pm may be lost if
    I am required to use the backed-up conference.

    I am leaving this with write access in the hopes that I will be able
    to repair it.

100.4File corruption problem.STAR::CANTORIM2BZ2PSat Jan 05 1991 03:025
There is some corruption in this file. I, or someone, will be looking
at it in the near future. Expect the file to be unavailable some
weekend soon.

100.527 --> 20STAR::CANTORIM2BZ2PWed Feb 06 1991 16:209
The contents of note 27 were corrupted. I was able to recover all
except 27.22 and 27.23. The remaining notes from 27 have been moved to
20.*, replies have the same numbers as they did originally.

In the process of trying to recover the notes, topic 954 also got
corrupted, however there was never anything new there; it was merely
used as a temporary holding place for the notes from 27.

100.620 --> 27STAR::CANTORIM2BZ2PMon Aug 12 1991 03:544
The two missing replies were recovered, and the topic was moved back
to number 27.

100.7Still some notes missingSTAR::CANTORIM2BZ2PMon Aug 12 1991 05:134
Not all the lost notes were recovered, due to corruption of one block
in the file.

100.3Must've been fixedSTAR::CANTORIM2BZ2PMon Aug 12 1991 05:264
The corruption Matt refers to wasn't evident during this rebuild (see
next few notes).
