    Not trying to be nitpicky, but I believe Laumer's A PLAGUE OF DREAMS
    is really A PLAGUE OF DEMONS.  (Which, incidentally, was used as
    a basis of an strategy & tactics--note lower case--game called Ogre.
    Also his Bolo stories and Colin Kapp's "Gottlos").
