398.0. "Hamilton's The Valley of Creation" by AIMHI::EMERY () Thu Oct 09 1986 11:39

    This book was by Edmond Hamilton, and my paperback edition (bought
    almost in another lifetime, like early '60s) had a
    girl on a horse, a tiger, an eagle, and a wolf on the cover.

    The book was SF/Fantasy, about some lost valley where people could
    communicate with their animal companions, and somehow enter their
    bodies. I remember one terrific sequence where the hero was in
    a wolf body, and we saw everything through its eyes: things were
    wider and flatter, black and white, etc.

    Anyone know the title?

    Thanks,
    Emery

  I remember the book and liked it. Unless my brain is playing tricks again,
  the title was "The Valley of Creation."

  If jayembee shows up and offers a different title, please forget I posted
  this...
