I think you have hit the problem bang on the mark! The condition is 
significantly worse after a restart of Netmon (the restarts caused by a 
little to much impatience!). We will follow your advice and try to limit the 
number of restarts.

    I only found out about the IP Internet object properties thing a couple
    of weeks ago, and thought it was pretty cool when someone told me it
