608.0. "??Wildcard Logical Name Translations??" by CONTXT::DOOLITTLE (I forgot what I was going to say...) Wed Nov 25 1987 00:41

Does anyone have any ideas as to how to do a wild-card logical name
translation a la $ SHOW LOGICAL FOO*? $TRNLNM doesn't like wildcards,
I don't have the sources on-line, and my eyesight is bad enough
without trying to read all those little fishes.

    Thanks

Boy, It'll be tough to do that for a general case and get anything
usable in a program or command procedure, what with all the variations
introduced with search lists, common system roots for clusters, and
such. Try $ SHO LOG SYS$S* on a homogenous cluster to see what I mean.

Best I can suggest is to SHOW LOG/OUTPUT=<filespec> and then parse
the file for your information. Hope you can get what you need...
