                I have  a problem.  Hope someone knows a goaround
                for this.   I  was  sent a uuencoded arc file for
                the rainbow via usenet.    When  I uudecode it on
                vms, the records are messed  up  so  that vms arc
                (or msdos for that matter) can't  read  it.   How
                can  I  convert  the  .arc file back  to  rainbow
                format on vms?  Thanx.
