	I know there has to be something out there to help me out. I'm looking
for the old tape ID label generator that will generate something like;

	#3#3XX99999
	#4#4XX99999

where the 99999 can be set at a starting point and each successive label value 
is incremented by 1. And of course it can rotate the block characters 180 
degrees so they can be easily read vertically.

	Of course we all know that the characters in .0 were intended to be double sized.
